I’m Ermina, and Tylixto was born from a simple but deeply felt need:

to eat well every day — with quality, Greek flavors, and genuine care.

Since I was young, I’ve believed that good food doesn’t need much. It only needs the right ingredients, fresh produce and people who truly care about what they do. And in 2009, I decided to make that thought a reality.

Guided by these principles, I choose Greek meats from trusted producers, we hand-cut our fries daily, and everything is cooked at the moment of the order. Nothing unnecessary.
